Jungle in Pahang comes alive with smart consumers. Come 27th – 30th April 2007 we are taking a break. We are going into the jungle of Pahang. You may want to join us. There will be two groups of people joining this Jungle Adventure, one group from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the other group from Singapore.
Nostalgic Train Ride from Singapore
The Singapore group we will start off in the evening taking a nostalgic train (oriental not-so express) ride from the railway station at Tanjong Pagar and cross into Malaysia ending at Jerantut in Pahang at dawn. You may catch the glimpse of sun rising. This ride alone is worth the experience and will be memorable as we will pass many villages and other towns along the way. To me it is like going back into history.
Coach Ride from Kuala Lumpur
The group from Kuala Lumpur will start in the morning taking a coach from the city to Kuala Tembeling in Pahang. Our destination is Kuala Tahan, Taman Negara Pahang.
Unforgettable River Cruise into Taman Negara
To reach Kuala Tahan we will take a 3 hour river cruise up the Tembeling River. This is another awesome journey. As boat follows the river as it meanders upstream you will see kampongs by the river, children playing along the river banks, buffaloes and sometime wild animals.
Track Animals, Eat Jungle Fruits
For next few days we are going to have fun in the jungle. We are going to track animals, stay up 40 feet hut looking down at the salt lick where the wild animals come, explore some caves, sleep in tents, eat jungle fruits, learn from the jungle. . . . . . . … etc.
Adrenaline flowing..
Man, this is going to be fun – you have to get your adrenaline flowing (sweats as well). If this is your first trip you may not know what I talking about. Personally I have been there over 30 times and still going. It’s an adventure you may not have taken it on your own. We are limiting the number of participants. (By the way children above 5 years old can come). If you are interested you have got to hurry up with your registration. Smart consumers get the priority.
